Who are we?
CRESCENTIA Montessori school is a part of the CRESCENTIA EDUCATIONAL CHARITABLE TRUST, a diverse organization with investments in social service, training, and education. With over 10 years of experience in education sector and 2 years in child development center concept, CRESCENTIA has become one of the fastest-growing certified pre-schools with Hi-Tech international standards. The group is currently in the process of establishing a world-class school under the name CRESCENTIA SPROUTS ACADEMY, offering education from Standard 1 to 8 in Chennai.

The term ‘education’ encompasses much more than just knowledge and learning. It is a harmonious blend of academics, arts, sports, emotions, attitudes, creativity, nature, and life itself! In the world we have built today, those who excel in all these areas are the ones who succeed.
Crescentia Montessori Little Kids School (CLKMS) is inspired to enlighten children’s education. It began its journey in the ocean of academics with just five students in 2016. However, through the untiring efforts of our staff, the unwavering support of parents, and the enthusiastic performance of our students, this small beginning grew significantly and reached the pinnacle of success.
As an educator I had an earnest desire to build up an institution where an education blended in all colors of human values could be given and today, I feel proud to say that my lofty dream of a quality institution is taking shape through it. Today CLKMS is one of the fastest growing schools of the city because of the high standards it has set for itself in providing excellent education and living up to its school motto “Inspire to Enlighten”.
I have always believed that, “Excellence is never an accident; it’s always the result of high intention, sincere efforts, intelligent direction and skillful execution.” These words of wisdom best describe the present state of the CLKMS.
Crescentia Nursery School is attempting to transition to high school as the next stage, thanks to all your support. Understanding the value of education, we intended to teach the children using the National Council of Educational Research and Training curriculum and promote charitable education system.
Note: The use of a charitable education system to raise money for less fortunate students’ books and uniforms.

Our Methodology
We believe that the foundation for successful careers is laid down at a very young age. Therefore, at CRESCENTIA, we make sure that the child's mind in its formative years is exposed to the right mix of fun, creativity, and education. Here, the child is taught to develop his/her physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual acumen.
Out of the box learning: Beyond the class room
We believe that learning becomes much more effective and relevant through hands on experience, dramatizing concept learnt, applying the learning’s in real life
- Activities : A typical day is full of various activities to develop motor skills, life skills as well as social skills.
- Field Trips : Experiential learning is promoted through field trips, where children have the opportunity to satisfy their curiosity by gathering information. These trips place a strong emphasis on self-discovery, encouraging students to explore and learn through their own experiences.
- Celebration of Days : Learning filled with fun and celebration is best remembered by children. Hence thematic days of celebration is an ongoing process. We also provide children an opportunity to celebrate various festivals
- Events : Various events develop children’s presentation and communication skills which allow children to be open and frank, shedding off hesitation and shyness, developing self–confidence.

- Mother’s Workshops :
The program will focus on child development, positive parenting, self-care, and effective communication.
- Parent-Teacher Meeting: Detailed discussion of child’s progress and exchange of learning and learning style of children.
- Regular Reports : A continuous, comprehensive evaluation will be an ongoing process. Children’s day-to-day progress will be observed and noted by teachers to share with parents.
- Parent’s Counseling : To inform parents about the handling of children to enhance learning and growth of children thus, increasing their skills to make children’s learning smooth and comfortable
- Parental Feedback : We encourage parents to observe the child closely and thereafter to give feedback on child’s progress.
